Haaay! Now to be clear about the title, I don't mean that the pizzadate that I had was a horror but work today suuucked. I was so tired, and in such a bad mood but then I met up with Natalie and now I feel super happy. I hope you have a friend like her in your life, she's so wonderful and amazing, love you bby!
Anyway, we got pizza, did stupid things (well mostly me ) and just talked and laughed. Exactly what I needed, thank you for a great evening!
Now, I'm gonna go to bed so I have the energy for work tomorrow...
What is wrong with me?? Wow, normal way to start a blog post. But SERIOUSLY?? I said I was gonna start blogging regularly and I only manage to do it for 2 days straight. You guys deserve so much more from me and I would promise to blog more often but I'm not sure I'd keep that promise and since I like to be a woman of my word I can (sadly) not guarantee better blogging. I can however do my best to rectify the problem and try to get some posts out for you guys. And I know I only loose blog followers when I don't blog, which is sad since I did have a whole bunch not too long ago.
Anyway, a lot has happened in the two weeks I've been gone and I thought I'd try to show and tell with pictures and words. But (sadly) I haven't brought my camera or even thought about taking pictures at all times, so there'll be some things left out.
But as you can see from the pictures above I've spent a whole lot of time with these two, great gals!
I spent some time with my youngest cousin when his older brother got confirmed, I've tried to tan (and failed miserably since I'm as pale as ever), I went shopping with my mom and we got lunch at Raawka which is an eco restaurant that specialises in raw and vegan food. It was delicious. Then I've also spent loads of time with some of my bbs.
Then I turned 17! I celebrated that day (the 9th of June, remember that date) with some Ice tea and other fun things. This past weekend me and my good friend Fanny (who also just recently turned seventeen) invited eight close friends for a waffle-brunch! It was so fun to catch up with a lot of my friends from school since we don't see each other as much on the holidays!
After the birthday celebration my weekend passed by rather quickly but with a lot of fun things done! The last three pictures are from today and It's been a good day for me. I've had a great start to this summer and I have a whole lot of fun things planned for the rest of the summer as well! Usually I'm not very social over the summer but I seem to have changed, there have hardly really been any days without spending time with someone.

One of the great things I've been able to experience recently is a sense of freedom in my own home. Now that my summer break is in full swing I have a lot of free time for about a month until my summer job starts. But even better than that is that everybody else in my family is working! So I have the house to myself most days. Since I'm one of those people that actually likes solitude and I enjoy the company of myself (I love being with people as well) this is really great!
One of the many things I'm enjoying is being the boss of what I cook for myself. For example I ate a taco salad today! It was delicious and It's really easy to make, you just get whatever you usually put on a taco and eat that instead!
Can seriously now wait until Spain this summer, this is from two years ago.
Heey, the test week is in full swing and I've already finished two tests, religion and physics. I love that we get to have so much free time, I actually kind of like exam weeks because of this, but there is still way too much to learn and that sucks.
Hello! I almost forgot to blog about my day, I'm guessing it has something to do with having tomorrow off, it's gonna be great. I hope I have time to go and take some pictures with my "real" camera since I've been showing you almost exclusively mobile pics. What's the point of having a separate camera if I don't use it, am I right?
All the pictures are in black&white to reinforce my unhappiness with the weather. But I've actually had a pretty good day despite that, since I have such great friends! After school a whole bunch of us went into town to look around in stores and eat a little snack. Then later on a few of us went to get take-out to bring with us when we went to visit another friend of ours (she isn't in the pictures though) and hang out at her place.
Helloo! I was googling how to make myself look older and I found a tutorial on youtube which I tried. What do you think? The picture to the right is from this weekend and the picture on the left is from today. Do I look any older?
Anyway I'm swamped with school work. And of course I'm ignoring it and blogging instead! Need to get back to work now...
Hello! I'm sitting in school right now, waiting for this day to be over. My Monday school days usually end at 14:30 but since I'm taking a kind of health pass course I have to stay in school until 7. You have to have it to work around food and such stuff in Finland. I'm not sure if that's the kind of area that I want to work in, in the future but it's a good thing to have, especially since we can get it easily and cheap from school. Talk to you later!
Yesterday I played a couple of lol games, watched that 70's show, filmed a video for today, did some schoolwork and then I went to meet up N and E. We went out longboarding (well I had my penny board ) , we bought some goodies to eat which we did in a big swing (not kidding). Then we went back to N's place and we slept there. Which is why I didn't blog yesterday.
Anyway after we had woken up and gotten ready we went out on another cruise around the block. When I got home I only had time to get my laptop before we drove to see my grandma since it's Mother's day today! I edited my video in the car and now It's being uploaded, so I'll make another post when it's up. Hope you had a great weekend because I sure did!
Heey! As you probably know, today's Friiiiday! My mood has been up and down today and you can see from the pictures what I've been up to. I went to eat with my friend E after school, and since we're such hipsters I took the picture after we had already eaten our food. It's too mainstream to take a picture of untouched food. Then we went and had a look around the stores. After that I drove home and that's where I am right now. The plans for tonight haven't been decided yet, hope you have a great Friday!
Why do people read blogs? Either it's to get information on a specific subject that the blog in questions will answer or that they are nosey. I think a lot of people like to read blogs since you get a lot of information about people without them telling you and without them finding out you know.
I have a lot to do so of course I'm procrastinating, writing a blog post and reading lots of blogs, because I'm nosey.

Hello! These next couple of weeks I'll be occupied with school stuff and my posts will probably not be the most interesting. But I thought I'd share some tips that I use to study more efficiently.
Studying is all about finding what works for you. Do you learn by listening? Associating words with pictures ? Writing mind-maps? You need to find out by doing, test out loads of different techniques to work out a study plan for you.
Another super important thing is your environment. You should optimise it to the fullest. If you know that when you're studying at home your sibling is constantly annoying you and trying to get a reaction out of you then you need to find another place to study! Go to a coffeeshop, the local library, your grandma's house, anyplace where you know you can study.
It's hard to find a place that's completely quiet and rid of distractions. But there is a great trick that I always take too: Study music! You probably have no idea what that is and it can really be any music. The biggest criteria for study music is that it shouldn't interfere with your studying. In other words it should be instrumental, if there's lyrics you will get distracted. Classical music is perfect, there's nothing better than revising and listening to Mozart's best hits. But if that's not your thing you can use something else! Go to youtube and type 'study music' you'll find loads!

Today I was treated to N's special pasta dish and it definitely met the sky-high expectations I had. It was a great day all in all and since her apartment is so tumblrish that's the kind of pictures I have to offer for you guys.
Yesterday turned out to be really fun with some great company. Today I woke up at about 11 and started getting ready to go into town, which I did later on. As usual there was a market in town where they sold knick-knacks, sweets and cotton candy! After spending some time buying stuff I went to Strampen, which is a restaurant where my family eats every first of May. The food was delicious but not as good as it's been before.
Done with eating and feeling as full as a thick and ready to die is the mood of the day. The choice for now is to either take a nap or watch that 70's show, we'll see what happens.
Hello, today was a pretty normal day starting with a lie-in. After school I went into town and looked around, a store called "seppälä" had some kind of anniversary so they served free mead, donuts, marshmallows and popcorn. When I got home my sis and I decided to go back into town which we did and I bought some new stuff that I'll show you in this week's video.
Tomorrow is "Valborgsafton" which apparently translates into Walpurgis Night. I hope it's gonna be fun, then on the first of may we celebrate the workers since it's the international worker's day. Here in Finland it's a public holiday and everybody celebrates and has fun. My family goes out to eat to the same restaurant every year and this year is no exception.
I was looking through my old pictures from last year's april-may and I felt so weird. Thinking back on my life a year ago, is neither pleasant nor difficult. It just is. A year ago my life was nothing like it is today, nothing is the same. But at the same time nothing has changed.
Hindsight is 20/20. A saying that describes what's going on in my mind perfectly. I often imagine going back in time (in my own life) and changing everything. But I guess it's so easy to say that now when I know what the right decision is, but I made the decision to the best of my ability at the time and that has to be enough.
But if I did go back and change my life nothing would be the same, not anybody around me, I wouldn't be the same person, even the world wouldn't look the same. And there are loads of things that I would never ever want to change.

Hello everybody! I got some filming for tomorrow's video done today but I still have a little bit of filming and a whole lot of editing left to do so that's tomorrow's plans.
Today I went into town to meet up with my friend Linn. We don't see each other as much anymore since we don't go to the same school. The weather was great so we went and bought something to eat and went to sit by the water. So cozy. Later on we were at Linn's house with two of my other friends, we ate, laughed, played monopoly and went out to a nearby park (which is where the last pic is from).
A small tip from me is to use frozen berries instead of ice cubes! It looks cute and gives the drink a fruity taste. My personal favourite is raspberries but since we didn't have any I had to use strawberries which worked fine!
Today I was in school and after that I went shopping! I'm planning to do a haul video for Sunday so I won't show you what I got just yet. I didn't get that much yet, but I'm going back tomorrow when I have more time. The weather's been amazing these past few days so I'm hoping it's gonna keep being this way.

Today I woke up at about 7am even though it's Saturday. I wish I could have slept in for a bit longer but It's getting bright very early nowadays so I can't fall back asleep when I wake up. I got all my filming and editing done for tomorrow's video, so tune in tomorrow on my blog and I'll have posted it.
I'm getting ready now to go spend the night at a friend's house so I'll talk to you guys later.
